Mushroom shepherd’s pie

INGREDIENTS

2 bags of Minuto Verde’s Premium laminated Mushroom

2 bags or 300r. of Minuto Verde’s stir-fry Sofrito with garlic.

50g of bread crumbs.

400cc of Milk

Parmesan cheese to taste.

1 kg of mashed potatoes .

1 cup of white wine.

Salt and pepper to taste.

PREPARATION

Place pot with oil over high heat, add the stir-fry and mushrooms and cook them for 15 min. afterwards pour the white wine. Let the alcohol to evaporate and pour the milk into the preparation add the bread crumbs and seasoning to taste. Place it in a baking dish and the smashed potatoes, already cooked, on top. Then add the parmesan cheese and bake it for 20 min. at 180°C (preheat the oven before cooking the pie).
