Asparagus Cream

INGREDIENTS

350 grams of Minuto Verde’s asparagus

1 bag or 150 g ( 1 bowl ) of Minuto Verde’s Stir-Fry with Garlic.

1 lt. of Milk

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Place a pan with oil over high heat, cut the asparagus into regular pieces and add it with the stir-fry, cook it for 10 min. Then season to taste (salt & pepper) and pour some milk into the preparation. Cover the pot and cook for 30 min. Once cooked blend it until it renders into a smooth and creamy consistency, reheat in the pan and serve.
