Vegetables pie

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Corn
500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Beans
500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Green Peas
4 Avocados cut in slices
200 grams of Palmettos cut in slices
2 Tomatoes cut in slices
1 lettuce chopped in strips
200 grams of Yogurt
Salt and Pepper on taste
1 bag of wheat tortillas

PREPARATION

To assemble the pie, place one of the tortillas in a dish, fill it with tomatoes cut in slices. Then cover it with another tortilla and fill it with corn. Repeat this same process with the green peas,beans, the palmettos and the lettuce. Finally cover the last layer with avocados slices and serve immediately accompanied with a yogurt sauce.
