Corn Paste tortilla

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Corn Paste

1 bag or 150 grams of Minuto Verde’s Stir­Fry with Garlic.

3 Eggs

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

In a microwave’s bowl pour the corn paste and cook it at maximum power for a period of 15 minutes. in a preheated skillet cook the stir­fry until it gets smooth and brownish then incorporated in the same bowl as the corn paste was and cool it down. Then pour the eggs and stir the mix. When the preparation appears to be homogeneous spread it into a skillet cook the dough at low heat and turn it over when it’s golden brownish.
