Green peas Quiche

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Green Peas
1 bag of Minuto Verde’s Stir­Fry
100 grams of ham
Parmesan cheese to taste
1 cup or 150cc of milk

4 Eggs

Salt and pepper to taste
Quiche dough

PREPARATION

In a Bowl mix the chopped ham along with the green peas, the stir­fry, parmesan cheese, eggs, milk salt and pepper. On the other hand in a pie pan place the Quiche’s dough and prick it with a fork so it won’t pump up when it’s cooking, pour the mix of green peas all over the Quiche’s dough and cook it in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180oC or until the mix has browned on top.
