Spring Rice

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of rice

1 tea spoon of butter

1 cup of Minuto Verde’s Spring Vegetables Mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to taste

PREPARATION

Put a pot with salty water over high heat and start cooking the rice for about 2 minutes, then pour a cup of boiling water and finish the cooking at low heat with the lid on. While the rice still cooking, in a separated bowl cook the Spring Vegetables Mix in the microwave for about 3 minutes (at maximum power). Once the rice is cooked mix it with the vegetables and add a little bit of butter then the chopped parsley to decorate.
