Turkey Carbonada

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Carbonada
150 g ( 1 bowl ) of Minuto Verde’s Stir­Fry with Garlic
300 grams of Turkey

1⁄2 cup of rice
Olive oil to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Put a pot with olive oil in it over high heat and place the chopped turkey along with the stir­fry, some salt and pepper to taste, cook it for at least 5 minutes. Pour plenty of water in the preparation while it’s cooking. Once the preparation has already boiled put our mix of carbonada and 1⁄2 cup of rice, let it cook and finally serve.
