INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Vegetables Mix
1 bag or 150 g ( 1 bowl ) of Minuto Verde’s Stir­Fry with Garlic
500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Pumpkin cubes
300 grams of chopped red meat

500 grams of smashed Potatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Cut the meat and place it with a little bit of oil along to the stir­fry in a skillet over high heat. Cook it for around 5 minutes. Then in a pan with salty water, pour the smashed potatoes and the pumpkin’s dices and let it cooked. Grind and incorporate the meat with the vegetables mix. Stir and serve.
