Corn cream

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of Minuto Verde’s grain Corn

1 cup of Minuto Verde’s Stir­Fry with Garlic
1 cup of milk

1 cup of cream

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Place a pot with a little bit of olive oil over high heat add the stir­fry with garlic along with the grainy corn and let it brown for 5 min., season it with salt and pepper to taste, pour the milk with the cream and cook it until it boils. Then mix it or blend it (with caution because the vapors can uncover and pour the content that’s in the blender).
