Italian salad

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Pasta Mix

1 cup with olives

1 cup with chopped tomatoes into little cubes
Basil to taste

Olive Oil to taste

Lemon juice to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Put a pot with water and a pinch of salt over the fire, and wait until boil. Then add Minuto Verde’s Pasta Mix and cook it for 8 min. Cool it in a bowl full of cold water. On a platter place the pitted olives with the tomatoes dices and basil. Add the cooled cooked pasta and season it with salt, pepper, olive oil and a little bit of lemon juice.
