500 grams of Minuto Verde’s Russian Salad
3 boiled and chopped eggs
Olives to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Ciboullette to taste
1 cup of yogurt (low fat or light)
Salt and pepper to taste
Put a pot with water and a pinch of salt over the fire, and wait until boil, then add the russian salad and cook it for 10 min. Remove it from heat and cool it down with cold water. Once it’s cold enough put in a bowl the Russian salad with the boiled and chopped eggs. Add some olives, salt and pepper to taste and pour a little bit of lemon juice. To finish it add some chopped ciboullette and pour some yogurt, stir and serve.
