Broad bean with garlic

INGREDIENTS

400 grams of Minuto Verde’s Broad beans
2 Minuto Verde’s Garlic Cloves

100 grams of olives

1/4 cup of white wine
Parsley

Olive Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Put a skillet over high heat with olive oil and let it heat for a few minutes then place the peeled board beans in the skillet, add garlic cloves, pitted olives and white wine, cook until the alcohol in the wine evaporates, Then season to taste (salt & pepper) and finish with some chopped parsley, to accompany this preparation choose a nice piece of Minuto Azul’s Salmon filet.
