Spring Omelette

INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 cup of Minuto Verde’s Spring Vegetables Mix
3 eggs

Cheese to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Put the spring vegetables mix to cook in the microwave for 3 minutes. Afterwards cool it down with plenty of cold water, then in a bowl put all the ingredients and stir until the eggs are well mixed with the other ingredients, put a skillet (recommended Teflon) over high heat with a splash of oil and pour the mix in it, when the edges begin to look slightly golden brownish piece together carefully and turn it over until cooked.
