2 bag or 300 g ( 2 bowl ) of Minuto Verde’s Stir-Fry with Garlic.
1 kg of Minuto Verde’s Corn paste
400g chopped Sirloin tip.
1 chicken breast.
Black olives to taste.
5 eggs
Basil to taste.
Oil.
Salt and pepper to taste
Place a pan with a little bit of oil over high heat, put the chopped with the stir-fry and seasoning, cook it until the oinion is properly fry. In another pot boil the eggs and then the chicken (last one in salt water) . In a microwavable dish put the corn paste and cook it at full power for 15 min. Then in clay dish put a layer of the meat preparation with some black olives, then add a layer with the egg split in half, add a piece of the chicken and cover it with corn paste. Bake it at 180ºC and serve it.
