Corn Pebre

INGREDIENTS

2 cups or 300 grams of grain corn.

½ avocado.

½ red onion.

1 tomato.

Cilantro to taste.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 teaspoon olive oil.

Balsamic vinegar to taste.

PREPARATION

In a pot with boiling water cook the corn grain until it boil again, then cool it down in plenty of cold water with ice. Cut the avocado and tomato into cubes, cut the onion into very thin slices and chop the parsley, put the ingredients in a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
