Green peas chicken stew

INGREDIENTS

1 bag or 150 g ( 1 bowl ) of Minuto Verde’s Stir-Fry with Garlic.

500g of Minuto Verde’s Green Peas (1 bowl).

400g of Minuto Verde’s baby carrot (1 bowl).

1 whole chicken.

500 cc of white wine .

Ketchup 300g

Salt and pepper to taste.

Rice as side dish

Parsley to taste.

PREPARATION

Place a pan with oil over high heat, put the chicken pieces and fry them, then pour the stir-fry and cook it for 15 min. Afterwards gently pour the white wine, and let it cook for 20 min. Then add the peas and carrots. Let the whole preparation cook for 10 min. more and serve with rice as side dish.
