mashed broad beans

INGREDIENTS

500 grams of Minuto Verde broad beans
2 Potatoes
2 cups of Vegetable broth
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste

PREPARATION

Boil broad beans. Once they are ready, cook alongside the vegetable broth, add salt, pepper and the peeled dices of potato. Slow cook until those potato dices are tender. Add a little bit of olive oil and mash them until it has a thick consistency. Serve with a little bit of of olive oil on top. And voilà!
